No ice cream maker is needed for this recipe. Just a regular stand or hand mixer.
The recipe below is for a plain vanilla ice cream. You can add/combine all sorts to this ice cream, it all depends on your preference. I added salted caramel to mine. You can be creative and add nuts or chocolates. The list is endless!!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of heavy whipping cream or double cream
397g of condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
METHOD
Pour the condensed milk in a large bowl and stir the vanilla extract.
In a another medium bowl, mix the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
Combine the whipped cream into the condensed milk and fold gently. Fold the mixture until combined.
Transfer the mixture into a freezer container and wrap with a cling film.
Freeze for about 4 to 6 hours before eating.
