No-Churn Homemade Vanilla ice cream with Home made Salted caramel sauce and mini fudge pieces

No ice cream maker is needed for this recipe. Just a regular stand or hand mixer.


The recipe below is for a plain vanilla ice cream. You can add/combine all sorts to this ice cream, it all depends on your preference. I added salted caramel to mine. You can be creative and add nuts or chocolates. The list is endless!!




 

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup of heavy whipping cream or double cream

  2. 397g of condensed milk

  3. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


 

METHOD

  • Pour the condensed milk in a large bowl and stir the vanilla extract.

  • In a another medium bowl, mix the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.

  • Combine the whipped cream into the condensed milk and fold gently. Fold the mixture until combined.

  • Transfer the mixture into a freezer container and wrap with a cling film.

  • Freeze for about 4 to 6 hours before eating.
